• <br />APPROPRIATION <br />Drug Court Grant <br />$182,500 <br />WHEREAS, the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services has awarded a <br />grant for the Drug Court in order to fund salaries, benefits, and operating expenses; now, <br />therefore <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, that <br />the sum of $182,500.00, received as a grant from the Virginia Department of Criminal <br />Justice Services, is hereby appropriated into account 11-230-032045-50111 in the Grants <br />Fund. <br />Approved by Council <br />November 17, 2003 <br />• <br />of City Cou cil <br />
