In addition the sum of $3,869 shall be carried over and reserved in the fund balance for golf <br />scholarships. <br />III. Capital Project Fund <br />(a) Appropriation — Parking Fines <br />The sum of $180,364 received from the parking fines during fiscal year 2002 -03 shall be <br />transferred as of June 30, 2003 to the Capital Projects Fund. This amount is the parking fine revenue in <br />excess of$405,000. <br />(b) Revenue Continuing Appropriation <br />
