1. The sum of $3,700,000 in Albemarle County revenue sharing payments <br />transferred from the General Fund pursuant to Section IIB of this resolution. <br />2. The proceeds of the sale of any real property, as prescribed by resolution of <br />this Council adopted November 3, 1986; except for parking and housing as prescribed by <br />Section II -I of this resolution. <br />3. The proceeds of the sale of any real property to be used for housing shall <br />be appropriated to the "Housing Initiatives" account in the Capital Fund. <br />4. Twenty-five per cent (25%) of the meals tax revenue pursuant to Section <br />IIK of this resolution. <br />B. The sums hereinafter set forth are hereby appropriated from the Capital <br />Projects Fund of the City for the respective capital purchases or projects so set forth, <br />effective for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003; provided that such appropriations <br />shall not be deemed to expire at the end of such fiscal year, but shall continue in effect <br />unless altered by further action of City Council. <br />C. GAS FUND APPROPRIATION <br />$1,313,250 <br />$375,000 <br />$437,750 <br />$1,407,100 <br />$4,003,450 <br />$412,000 <br />$453,200 <br />$151,050 <br />$598,696 <br />$155,000 <br />$44,042 <br />$9,350,538 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that there is <br />hereby appropriated from the Gas Fund, for the operation of the gas utility during the <br />fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003 and ending June 30, 2004, the sum of $18,348,812, or <br />the amount of revenue actually received by such fund, whichever is the greater amount. <br />Such appropriation shall be effective July 1, 2003. Of the amount appropriated, <br />$1,000,000 will be transferred to the Technology Fund. <br />0 <br />
