Community Development Block Grant Fund The sum of $737,781 in the CDBG Fund at June 30, 2003 shall be permitted to be carried over and expended in the current fiscal year for the purposes for which they were originally appropriated based on estimated revenues to be received. Commission on Children and Families Fund (a) Supplemental Appropriation The sums set forth are hereby appropriated to the Commission on Children and Families Fund in the following accounts: Funds received from the City of Charlottesville Department of Social Services for the purpose of pre - placement services consistent with Title IV -E of the Social Security Act. 20- 020 - 062151 Needs Assessment $ 4,603 20 -020-062143 Commission on Children and Families Administration $ 19,862 Unrestricted donation to support planning and coordination to improve youth and delinquency prevention services. 0-020-062143 Commission on Children and Families Administration $ 1,000 Funds received from Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority for Youth Risk Behavior Survey. 20- 020 - 062143 Commission on Children and Families Administration $ 2,500 (b) Continuing Appropriation The following unexpended balances in expenditure accounts at June 30, 2003, shall be permitted to be carried over and expended in the following fiscal year for the purpose for which they were originally appropriated: 20 -020- 062152 Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant $ 20,722 20 -020 -062143 Commission on Children and Families Administration $ 44,224 20 -162- 062148 Juvenile Justice Coordinator $ 4,792 Of the total of $69,738, $27,448 is the City of Charlottesville's share. The remaining portion is funded by the County of Albemarle and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
