APPROPRIATION <br />• J&DR Court Expansion and Renovation Project <br />$13,533,421 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Charlottesville and the County of Albemarle have agreed on the <br />terms of cost-sharing for the renovation and expansion of the Juvenile & Domestic Relations <br />Court (the "Project"); and <br />WHEREAS, the total Project cost is estimated to be $13,533,421, and this Council has <br />appropriated $6,149,430 as the City's required share in accordance with the formula set forth in <br />the intergovernmental agreement between the City and County for the Project; and <br />WHEREAS; Albemarle County's share of the Project cost is $7,383,991; now, therefore <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia that a total of <br />$13,533,421.00 is hereby appropriated to expenditure account 26-181-032102 in the Capital <br />Improvement Projects Fund for the purpose of funding the renovation and expansion of the <br />Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court and associated costs. Of said $13,533,421.00, the City's <br />share of $6,149,430 has been previously appropriated into expenditure account 26-181-032102. <br />The sum of $7,383,991, to be received from the County of Albemarle as its required share for the <br />Project cost, is hereby appropriated into revenue account 26-181-032102-43303 and shall then be <br />transferred into expenditure account 26-181-032102-50111.
