• H. Meadowcreek Golf Course Fund <br />The sum of $115,469 shall be carried over and reserved in the fund balance of the Meadowcreek <br />Golf Course Fund, as of June 30, 2004, for the purpose of funding future repair costs at the Meadowcreek <br />Golf Course. In addition the sum of $2,349 shall be carried over and reserved in the fund balance for golf <br />scholarships. <br />III. Capital Project Fund <br />(a) Appropriation — Parking Fines <br />The sum of $300,449 received from the parking fines during fiscal year 2004 shall be transferred <br />as of June 30, 2004 to the Capital Projects Fund. This amount is the parking fine revenue in excess of <br />$405,000. <br />(b) Appropriation — Meals Tax Revenue <br />The sum of $33,218 received from the additional I% meals tax during fiscal 2004 shall be <br />transferred to the Capital Projects Fund. This amount is the meals tax in excess of the original budget. <br />IV. Facilities Repair Fund <br />The sum of $39,121 shall be carried over and reserved in the Facilities Repair Fund, for the <br />purpose of funding future court repairs or record conversion. <br />V. Utilities Funds <br />• The following unexpended balances in the Utility Fund at June 30, 2004 shall be permitted to be <br />carried over and expended in the current fiscal year for the purpose for which they were originally <br />appropriated based on estimated revenues to be received. <br />42-187-141011 Water Operating Fund $ 144,000 <br />44-188-141211 Gas $ 14,000 <br />44-188-141214 Gas Distribution Lines $ 173,000 <br />VI.
