GAS FUND APPROPRIATION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that there is <br />hereby appropriated from the Gas Fund, for the operation of the gas utility during the <br />• fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006, the sum of $28,048,060, or <br />the amount of revenue actually received by such fund, whichever is the greater amount. <br />Such appropriation shall be effective July 1, 2005. Of the amount appropriated, <br />$1,150,000 will be transferred to the Technology Fund. <br />• <br />XV. WATER FUND APPROPRIATION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that there is <br />hereby appropriated from the Water Fund, for the operation of the water utility during the <br />fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006, the sum of $7,091,163, or <br />the amount of revenue actually received by such fund, whichever is the greater amount. <br />Such appropriation shall be effective July 1, 2005. Of the amount appropriated, $75,000 <br />will be transferred to the Technology Fund. <br />XVI. WASTEWATER FUND APPROPRIATION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that there is <br />hereby appropriated from the Wastewater Fund, for the operation of the wastewater <br />utility during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006, the sum of <br />$6,179,310, or the amount of revenue actually received by such fund, whichever is the <br />greater amount. Such appropriation shall be effective July 1, 2005. Of the amount <br />appropriated, $75,000 will be transferred to the Technology Fund. <br />14 <br />
