In addition the sum of $3,069 shall be carried over and <br />reserved in the fund balance for golf scholarships. <br />III. Capital Project Fund (425) <br />The sum of $136,283 received from parking fines during fiscal year 2005 shall be <br />transferred as of June 30, 2005 to the Capital Projects Fund. This amount represents parking <br />fines revenue in excess of $405,000. <br />0 <br />
