• APPROPRIATION <br />Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant <br />$18,362 <br />E <br />0 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Charlottesville has received funds from the Virginia <br />Department of Criminal Justice Services in the amount of $16,526 in federal pass- <br />through funds, and $1,836 in local cash match (50% Charlottesville -$918 and 50% <br />Albemarle County - $918) for a total award of $18,362; and <br />WHEREAS, the funds will be used to establish and maintain an interagency <br />information -sharing program to improve service efficiency and delivery; and <br />WHEREAS, the grant award period is from January 1, 2005 through December <br />31, 2005; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia that $18,362 is hereby appropriated to account code 20-020- <br />062154 with the following budget: <br />Revenues <br />State Grant Funds <br />Charlottesville Contribution <br />Albemarle Contribution <br />Total Revenue <br />Expenditures <br />Juvenile Justice Coordinator <br />Other expenses <br />Total Expenditures <br />$16,526 <br />$ 918 <br />$ 918 <br />$18,362 <br />$11,000 <br />$ 7,362 <br />$18,362 <br />Approved by Council <br />March 7. 2005 <br />L RIMP <br />
