APPROPRIATION <br />• Department of Forestry Biofilter Grant <br />$11,260 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Charlottesville has received a Department of Forestry Biofilter <br />Grant from the Virginia Department of Forestry in the amount of $11,260 in State funds; and <br />WHEREAS, the City, through Parks and Recreation, will provide a local cash match of <br />$3,500 and an in-kind match of $6,500 towards this grant, for a total project cost of $23,291; <br />and <br />2007. <br />WHEREAS, the grant award period covers the period July 31, 2006 through July 1, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia that the sum of $11,260 is hereby appropriated in the following manner: <br />• Revenues - $11,260 <br />$11,260 Fund: 107 Project: P-00026 G/L Account: 430080 <br />Expenditures - $11,260 <br />$11,260 Fund: 107 Project: P-00026 G/L Account: 520400 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this appropriation is conditioned upon <br />receipt of $11,260 from the Virginia Department of Forestry. <br />Approved by Council <br />December 4, 2006 <br />��'i,A.. 1 rh <br />c of City Council <br />• <br />
