APPROPRIATION <br />• Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant <br />$18,362 <br />11 <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the City of Charlottesville has received funds from the Virginia <br />Department of Criminal Justice Services in the amount of $6,610 in federal funds, <br />$9,916 in State GF Match funds, and $1,836 in local cash match (50% Charlottesville - <br />$918 and 50% Albemarle County - $918) for a total award of $18,362; and <br />WHEREAS, the funds will be used to improve the local juvenile justice <br />system; and <br />WHEREAS, the grant award period is from January 1, 2006 through December <br />31, 2006; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia that $18,362 is hereby appropriated into'the Commission on <br />Children and Families Fund (220), Internal Order 1900060 according to the following <br />budget: <br />Revenues <br />Federal Funds <br />State GF Match Funds <br />Charlottesville Contribution <br />Albemarle Contribution <br />Total Revenue <br />Expenditures <br />Juvenile Justice Coordinator <br />Other expenses <br />Total Expenditures <br />$ 6,610 <br />$ 9,916 <br />$ 918 <br />$ 918 <br />$18,362 <br />$ 5,500 <br />$12,862 <br />$18,362 <br />Approved by Council <br />March 6, 2006 <br />C(LeA of City Council <br />
