• <br />F <br />0 <br />APPROPRIATION <br />GOSAP Gang Prevention Grant <br />$11,667 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Charlottesville has received funds from the Virginia <br />Department of Criminal Justice Services in the amount of $10,000 with $1,667 in local <br />cash match from Community Attention, to be drawn from the Teens Give cost center <br />(3413003000), for a total award of $11,667; and <br />WHEREAS, the funds will be used to prevent gang involvement by engaging at - <br />risk youth in the Teens Give Service Learning Program; and <br />WHEREAS, the grant award period is from January 1, 2008 — December 31, <br />2008; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia that $11,667 is hereby appropriated in the Community Attention <br />Cost Center, Internal Order 1900097 according to the following budget: <br />Revenue <br />$10,000 Fund:209 <br />$ 1,667 Fund:209 <br />Expenditures <br />$11,667 Fund:209 <br />UO: 1900097 G/L Account: 430110 <br />UO: 1900097 G/L Account: 498010 <br />1/0: 1900097 G/L Account: 530010 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appropriation is conditioned upon the <br />receipt of $10,000 from the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services. <br />Approved by Council <br />May 19, 2008 <br />ler of City Council <br />
