APPROPRIATION • 2010 Department of Motor Vehicles Virginia Highway Safety Grant $18,000 WHEREAS, the City of Charlottesville, through the Police Department, has received a Virginia Highway Safety Grant award from the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles in the amount of $18,000, to be used for overtime, equipment, and training related to highway safety and the City of Charlottesville, through the Police Department, will utilize highway safety related expenditures as an in-kind match in the amount of $3,600.
