• RESOLUTION <br />ALLOCATION OF CHARLOTTESVILLE HOUSING FUND DOLLARS <br />$514,143 <br />0 <br />• <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Charlottesville, Virginia that the sum of $514,143 is hereby allocated from <br />currently appropriated funds in the Charlottesville Housing Fund (P-00439) account <br />in the capital projects fund: <br />Virginia Supportive Housing (SRO) <br />$150,000 <br />Region Ten (Rent Subsidy -Counseling) <br />100,000 <br />Charlottesville Community Foundation/PHA (Downpayment) <br />50,000 <br />AHIP Emergency Repair <br />50,000 <br />Region Ten FY'08 Shortage <br />2,143 <br />Small Rehab/Handicap Access <br />85,000 <br />Housing Position <br />20,000 <br />Eco Mod 4 Utilities <br />10,000 <br />HAC Meeting Expense <br />2,000 <br />Eco Mod Site Work <br />25,000 <br />HOME Match <br />20.000 <br />$514,143 <br />The allocation of the $150,000 for Virginia Supportive Housing (SRO) is contingent <br />on 1) the commitment of regional HOME funds; 2) eight to fifteen Section 8 rental <br />vouchers from Albemarle County; and 3) Section 8 rental vouchers from Region Ten <br />Community Services Board for the project. <br />Approved by Council <br />July 20, 2009 <br />C of City Council <br />
