AN ORDINANCE
<br />• TO AMEND AND REORDAIN §§31-23, 31-24, 31-79,

<br />31-164, 31183, 31-185, 31-187, 31-192.1,
<br />31-196, 31-197, 31-205, 31-222, 31-234, 31-240,
<br />31-251 AND 31-270 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
<br />CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, AS AMENDED, AND FURTHER TO AMEND
<br />SUCH CODE BY ADDING NEW SECTIONS NUMBERED 31-200.1
<br />AND 31-200.2, THE AMENDED AND NEW SECTIONS SEVERALLY
<br />RELATING TO THE ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS
<br />AND OTHER ASSOCIATED PROVISIONS OF THE
<br />CITY ZONING ORDINANCE.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville:
<br />1. That the Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1976, as amended, be
<br />amended by adding sections numbered 31-200.1 and 31-200.2 and that §931-23,
<br />31-24, 31-79, 31-86, 31-92, 31-106, 31-114, 31-159, 31-164, 31-183, 31-185,
<br />31-187, 31-192.1, 31-196, 31-197, 31-205, 31-222, 31-234, 31-240, 31-251 and
<br />31-270 of such Code be amended and reordained as follows:
<br />Section 31-23. Yard regulations.
