• AN ORDINANCE <br />TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP INCORPORATED <br />BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 31-4 OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, <br />AS AMENDED BY CHANGING TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />(PUD) ZONING CLASSIFICATION PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE <br />INTERSECTION OF HYDRAULIC ROAD AND THE <br />U. S. ROUTE 250 BY-PASS, <br />DESIGNATED AS TAX MAP PARCEL 41-A-1. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville: <br />Section 1. That the zoning district map, incorporated by reference <br />in 531-4 of the Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1976, as amend- <br />ed, be amended by designating as a Planned Unit Development zoning <br />classification that lot or parcel of land located in the northeast <br />quadrant of the intersection of Hydraulic Road and the U. S. Route <br />250 By -Pass, fronting 169 feet on Hydraulic Road, 491 feet on U. S. <br />Route 250 By -Pass and 682 feet on Brandywine Drive, and designated <br />as Parcel 1 on City Real Property Tax Map Sheet 41A. <br />Section 2. That such amendment is conditioned upon the following: <br />• (a) That the property be developed with not more than <br />thirty single-family attached dwelling units, designed <br />for sale to individual purchasers. <br />(b) That the development of such property be carried <br />out in conformity with the plans for development and <br />related documents and exhibits submitted as part of the <br />application for the PUD zoning designation, including <br />such modifications to such plans as may be required <br />by the city planning commission for final approval <br />thereof. <br />(c) That the appropriate documents for formation or <br />incorporation of a homeowners' association, for owner- <br />ship and maintenance of common spaces and facilities <br />be submitted for review and approval by the city <br />attorney prior to construction. <br />(d) That development and construction on the property <br />be carried out in conformity with all other applicable <br />federal, state or city code requirements and regulations. <br />0 <br />
