Charge for bad checks. <br />Any customer whose check for payment of his account or any <br />portion thereof is returned by the financial institution on <br />which drawn for insufficient funds shall be subject to a charge <br />of five dollars, which charge shall be added to and become a <br />part of the account of such customer. The director of finance <br />may require any customer whose checks are returned for insuffi- <br />cient funds two or more times within a twenty-four month period <br />to post an additional deposit as provided in section 29-1.1. <br />Section 29-5.3. Charge for restoring service. <br />For turning water on again after it has been terminated for <br />non-payment, there shall be a ch <br />advance. When such restoration <br />other than normal business hours <br />ge of ten dollars, payable in <br />service is required during <br />this charge shall be doubled. <br />Section 29-7.1. Same - Charge for removal of meter. <br />Whenever the director of finance determines that water service <br />• which was terminated for non-payment has been restored by someone <br />other than authorized personnel of the city, he shall have the <br />metering device for that address removed, and shall assess an <br />additional charge of thirty fifty dollars to such account. In <br />addition, before restoring service to such account, the director <br />of finance shall collect an additional deposit as required by <br />section 29-1.1. <br />Section 29-12. Classification of premises; consumer <br />may have more than one connection and <br />meter. <br />(a) For the purpose of supplying city water, each premises <br />shall be placed in one of the following classes: <br />(1) A building under one roof and occupied as <br />one residence, business or manufacture. <br />(2) A combination of buildings in one common <br />enclosure and occupied by one family, business or <br />manufacture. <br />• (3) A tenement or apartment house with all units <br />on a single meter. <br />
