•
•
0..
AIAY V-01
{ City U (NOW& As
• Cq krws"'S 0%
REPORT OF VIEWERS
The undersigned viewer, has viewed the below
property, to -wit:
The extreme southern portion of 2nd Street, S. E.
from Ix Property, seventy (70) feet north.
In as much as the 70 feet of property at the extreme southern
portion of 2nd. Street, S.E. leads directly into the Ix Co. loading dock
and storage area and then appears to dead-end, I would recommend closing
this section of the street. Enabling the Ix Co. to fence off the in-
dicated area on the north side of their plant along Monticello Ave.
down to the 70 ft. street section and beyond;, would serve to protect
the public from potential harm due to inadvertantly driving or wandering
into the Ix Co. loading dock area. Closing this section of 2nd. St. S.E.
would not appear to inconvehience either the general public or the
residents and/ or visitors to the High Rise for the Elderly. But
this closure could help to protect property at the Ix Co. and protect
the general public welfare and safety.
And it is my opinion that no inconvenience to the public
would result from discontinuing, closing and vacating the above
described (street) (alley) area.
I
Date: /( /Z( / l%
