Penalty- Penalties and revocation. <br />Vie}et3ea-ef-enp-gre�3ssens-of-tk}s-art}eke-shat€-be-deemed-e <br />e�ass-�-m#sde�eaaer;-gna}sheb�e-as-gre�4ded-4n-seet�en-�-�9-a€-tb3s <br />Bede: <br />(a) Any person convicted of violating any provision of this <br />article shall be auilty of a Class II misdemeanor for the first offense <br />• punishable as provided in section 1-10 of this Code. <br />(b) Upon subsequent conviction of violating any provision of <br />this article, such person shall be guilty of a Class I misdemeanor, <br />punishable as provided in section 1-10 of this Code. <br />(c) Upon conviction by any court of a dealer for violating any <br />provision of this article, the chief of police shall revoke such <br />dealer's permit to engage in business as a dealer under this article <br />for a period of one full year from the date the conviction becomes <br />final, after which period a new permit application may be considered. <br />2. That this ordinance shall become effective July 1, 1981, and all <br />dealers doing business under permits issued prior to July 1, 1981 <br />• pursuant to Article IV of Chapter 21 of the Code of the City of <br />Charlottesville, 1976, as amended who wish to continue in business <br />in the city must apply for a new permit effective July 1, 1981 and <br />
