Section 20-30. Annual examinatien review of disability recipient; cessation or reeluetien adjustment of allowance or benefit. (a) The commission may require any beneficiary of a disability retirement allowance under the plan or of a partial disability benefit to undergo a medical examination by the medical examiners once each year prior to the date on which the beneficiary wee}d-trade-atte€ped attains his or her normal retirement date Should such a beneficiary refuse to submit to any such medical examination, his or her retirement allowance or partial disability benefit shall be discontinued until -kis -withdrawal during the continuation of such refusal, and should such refusal continue for one year, all of his the beneficiary's rights to any further disability retirement allowance or partial disability benefit shall cease.
