0 <br />• <br />• <br />4. <br />este-manager-er the city attorney to institute the necessary court <br />proceeding in the name of the city to have such dwelling, building <br />or dwelling unit declared unfit for human habitation and a menace <br />to health and safety, and to obtain a suitable order from the <br />circuit court against the owner or occupant, or both, as appears <br />proper, requiring such dwelling, building or dwelling unit to be <br />removed or made-safe-end-sen}tarp restored to a condition fit for <br />human habitation in accordance with the standards established in <br />this chapter within a specified time. If such dwelling, building <br />or dwelling unit shall not be removed or made-sa€e-and-sanstarp <br />restored to a condition fit for human habitation in accordance with <br />the standards established in this chapter within the time specified <br />in the order, the city manager shall cause the building or structure <br />to be removed at the expense of the owner; and-te-that-end-the-este <br />map-ebtasn-a-?ndgment-ssen-egen-the-sand-ef-the-owner-te-the-extent <br />ef-the-east-ef-snob-remeee�. The cost thereof, together with an <br />administrative handling charge of fifteen dollars, shall be billed <br />to the property owner and if not paid shall be added to, and <br />collected in the same manner as, the real estate tax on such property <br />In addition te-ebtesnsng-the-3rldgment-ssen-ngen-the-sang, the city <br />attorney may seek judgment for money to the extent of the cost of <br />such removal.
