0 <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />TO AMEND AND REORDAIN SECTIONS 6-3, 6-7.1 AND 6-9, <br />OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, <br />AS AMENDED, TO INCREASE CITY CEMETERY FEES AND <br />TO CHANGE THE METHOD OF ACCOUNTING FOR <br />PERPETUAL CARE FUNDS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia: <br />That sections 6-3, 6-7.1 and 6-9 of the Code of the City of <br />Charlottesville, 1976, as amended, are further amended as follows: <br />Section 6-3. Deeds to spaces in cemeteries. <br />(2) *** <br />(3) Ten percent of The the above purchase price will be <br />deposited by the city in the "Perpetual Care Fund" and said space <br />• <br />shall be perpetually cared for by the city in accordance with such <br />rules and regulations as may now or hereafter be provided for the <br />perpetual care of the sections and spaces in the cemeteries of said <br />city. <br />*** <br />Section 6-7.1.
