transferred upon the books of registry at the principal <br />office of the registrar for such Bonds. The registrar for <br />the Bonds is , in <br />• CUSIP identification numbers will be printed on <br />the Bonds, but no such number shall constitute a part of the <br />contract evidenced by the particular Bond upon which it is <br />printed; no liability shall attach to the City or any <br />officer or agent thereof (including any paying agent for the <br />Bonds) by reason of such numbers or any use made thereof <br />(including any use thereof made by the City, any such <br />officer or any such agent) or by reason of any inaccuracy, <br />error or omission with respect thereto or in such use; and <br />any inaccuracy, error or omission with respect to such <br />numbers shall not constitute cause for failure or refusal by <br />the successful bidder to accept delivery of and pay for the <br />Bonds in accordance with the terms of its bid. All expenses <br />in relation to the printing of such numbers on the Bonds <br />will be paid by the City; provided, however, that the CUSIP <br />Service Bureau charge for the assignment of such numbers <br />shall be the responsibility of and shall be paid for by the <br />purchaser of the Bonds. <br />The approving opinion of Mood & Dawson, New York, <br />New York, Bond Counsel to the City, will be furnished the <br />successful bidder for the Bonds at the expense of the City <br />and a copy of such opinion will be printed on the Bonds. <br />The successful bidder will also be furnished with the usual <br />• closing document, including a certificate to the effect that <br />no litigation is pending or, to the knowledge of the signers <br />thereof, threatened, affecting the validity of the Bonds. <br />It is anticipated that delivery of the executed Bonds will <br />be made on or about f , or as soon thereafter <br />as possible, in the Cit of New York, New York, or as <br />otherwise may be arranged, at the expense of the City. <br />Further information will be furnished upon <br />application to the undersigned. <br />CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA <br />By <br />City Manager" <br />10.
