Any material containinc_ <br />chemical elements that spontaneously change their atomic structure <br />by emitting any particles or rays. <br />in} (o) Sanitary sewer. A sewer which carries sewage and to <br />which storm, surface and groundwaters are not intentionally admitted. <br />Septic tank wastes.
