• AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING AND REENACTING THE DISTRICT MAP INCORPORATED <br />IN SECTION 31-4 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, <br />AS AMENDED, BY THE REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF FIFTH STREET S.W. AND HARRIS ROAD. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia that the District Map Incorporated <br />in Section 31-4 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Code of the <br />City of Charlottesville, 1976, as amended, be amended and <br />reenacted as follows: <br />Section 31-4. Zoning District Map. <br />Rezoning from R-2 Residential and R-3 Residential <br />Multiple Dwelling to B-2 Business, the property located at <br />the southwest corner of 5th Street, S.W. and Harris Road, <br />adjacent to Willoughby Square Shopping Center and Jackson - <br />Via School. This property is further identified on City <br />Real Property Tax Map 21-B as parcel 4, having approximately <br />315 feet of frontage on Fifth Street, S.W., 564 feet of <br />frontage on Harris Road and containing approximately 206,962 <br />• square feet of land or 4.75 acres. <br />Approved by Council <br />September 15, 1986 <br />CMrk of Council <br />Zgloo".] <br />• <br />
