• A. Installation. <br />B. Service to pre -wired projects. <br />C. Additional outlets to existing service locations, <br />including outlets for all -band FM radio reception. <br />D. Transfers of service from one location to another within <br />the City. <br />E. Reconnections of service to customers who have satisfied <br />all outstanding account obligations. <br />F. Extensions and relocations of cable services at existing <br />service locations. <br />G. Repair services, provided that no charge shall be made <br />when the service problem occurs within the cable system <br />and not within the subscriber's premises. <br />Section 3-7. Technical Standards. <br />A. Current FCC regulations having prohibited the inclusion <br />of specific technical standards in local cable franchises, no such <br />technical standards are imposed in this ordinance; however, the <br />Company shall comply substantially with all current FCC guidelines <br />for system technical capabilities and operations. <br />B. In the event that FCC prohibition is declared invalid by <br />final, non -appealable order of a Federal court having jurisdiction <br />or is modified by the FCC to permit local technical standards of <br />• system performance, the City reserves the right to impose such <br />standards for the remaining term of this franchise. <br />• <br />C. The Company shall provide the City with the results of <br />tests conducted at least annually to demonstrate that the system's <br />performance meets the FCC guidelines. The Company shall conduct <br />such tests annually, subject to the requirements and preemption of <br />federal law. The City may conduct additional such tests, at its <br />own expense, and the Company shall cooperate in such testing. <br />-17- <br />
