The following types of businesses shall <br />• pay an annual license tax of twentp-five-de++ars-en-the-first-twe <br />theasand-de}}ars-ef-grass-reeeipts-er-freetian-thereef;-and-forty <br />Bents--per--handred-mss--ef-�}ross--reeei pts--i�r-exeess-row-two <br />theasand-ele}�ars� thirtv dollars or thirty -civ tome nor hnnAreA <br />(1) Amusements and recreation services. <br />(2) Billiard parlors and pool halls. <br />(3) Bowling alleys. <br />(4) Closed circuit television presentations. <br />(5) Driving ranges, golf courses and miniature golf courses. <br />(6) Motion picture theatres and drive-in theatres. <br />(7) Schools of instruction, studios or tutors (operated for <br />profit) in business skills, ceramics, art, music, dancing, sports <br />or driver training; provided, that no tax shall be payable if more <br />than fifty percent of the gross receipts of the school is derived <br />from teaching children under the age of eighteen. <br />(8) Skating rinks. <br />(9) Theatrical performances (conducted for profit). <br />(d) Subclassification C.
