<br />B. Of the sum of $2,693,120 to be received in the
<br />General Fund from the County of Albemarle under the revenue sharing
<br />agreement of May 24, 1982, $1,765,205 shall be transferred to the
<br />Capital Projects Fund, $375,915 shall be transferred to the
<br />Facilities Repair Fund, and $150,000 shall be transferred to the
<br />Equipment Replacement Fund.
<br />C. The amounts hereinabove appropriated for education,
<br />training, merit increases and employee benefits, or portions
<br />thereof, may on authorization from the City Manager be transferred
<br />by the Director of Finance to any departmental account in the
<br />General Fund, and notwithstanding any other provision of this
<br />resolution to the contrary, be expended for salaries or employee
<br />benefits in such account in the manner as sums originally
<br />appropriated thereto.
<br />D. The portions of the foregoing appropriations to
<br />individual departments or agencies intended for motor vehicles and
<br />related equipment shall be transferred to the Equipment Replacement
<br />Fund for expenditure as hereinafter provided.
