CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND APPROPRIATIONS <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia that: <br />A. The following are hereby designated as revenue of the <br />Capital Projects Fund: <br />1. The sum of $1,765,205 in Albemarle County revenue <br />sharing payments transferred from the General Fund pursuant to <br />Section IIB of this resolution. <br />2. The proceeds of any general obligation bonds sold <br />by the City during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1990. <br />3. The proceeds of the sale of any real property, as <br />prescribed by resolution of this Council adopted November 3, 1986. <br />4. The sums estimated at $600,000 to be hereafter <br />appropriated from the utility funds is also designated as Capital <br />Projects Fund revenues. <br />• B. The sums hereinafter set forth are hereby appropriated <br />from the Capital Projects Fund of the City for the respective <br />capital purchases or projects so set forth, effective for the <br />fiscal year beginning July 1, 1989; provided that such <br />appropriations shall not be deemed to expire at the end of such <br />fiscal year, but shall continue in effect unless altered by further <br />action of City Council. <br />C. The Capital Improvements Plan, 1989-94, will reflect the <br />budget delineations set forth below for Fiscal Year 1989-90. <br />Education $ 315,000 <br />Public Safety 390,000 <br />Parks and Recreation 275,000 <br />Neighborhood Improvements 90,000 <br />Transportation and Access 508,500 <br />Utilities and Service 617,685 <br />General Government/Buildings 1,399,400 <br />Contingency 215.757 <br />Expenditure Total $3,811,342 <br />XII.
