THIS REVISED DEED OF EASEMENT, made this 4th day of <br />September, 1990, by and between THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, a <br />Virginia Municipal Corporation, Grantor, and ELIZABETH W. WILSON, <br />Grantee, <br />WHEREAS, Elizabeth W. Wilson is the owner of real property <br />located in the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, described as a <br />portion of Lot 10, Altamont Circle Subdivision, on a plat <br />prepared by Thomas B. Lincoln Land Surveyor, Inc., dated May 25, <br />1990, a copy of which plat is attached hereto; <br />WHEREAS, a small portion of the roof of the residence, <br />window sills and possibly the wall situated on said real property <br />• encroaches into the air space over Walker Street; and <br />WHEREAS, by Deed of Easement dated July 23, 1990, and <br />recorded in the Clerk's office in the Circuit Court of the City <br />of Charlottesville, Virginia, in deed book 546, page 291, the <br />City of Charlottesville conveyed to the Grantee an easement for <br />the encroachment of the roof overhang but not the wall or window <br />sills; <br />WHEREAS, Elizabeth W. Wilson has requested a revised <br />easement from the City of Charlottesville for the encroachment of <br />not only the roof overhang but also the window sills, wall any <br />portion of the existing house, air conditioner units and utility <br />meters and boxes within the "Roof Overhang Area", and the City of <br />Charlottesville, acting by and through its City Council, has <br />• <br />
