• CHAPTER 24. SEWERS AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL. <br />Sec. 24-2. Monthly service charges. <br />Any person having a connection directly or indirectly, to the <br />city sewer system shall pay therefor a monthly charge as follows: <br />(a) A basic monthly service charge of $1.25. <br />(b) An additional charge of $I9-46 11.30 per thousand cubic <br />feet, of metered water consumption. <br />(c) <br />CHAPTER 29. WATER. <br />Sec. 29-2. Rates. <br />Water rates shall be as follows: <br />(a) Generally: <br />(1) Monthly service charge, $1.25. <br />(2) Metered water consumption, per 1,000 cu. ft., $11-44 11.94 <br />• (b) Special contracts. This section shall not apply to <br />special contracts for the consumption of water which have been <br />authorized by the city council. <br />1990. <br />• <br />2.
