• AN ORDINANCE <br />TO AMEND AND REORDAIN SECTION 8-4 OF THE CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1990, AS AMENDED, <br />RELATING TO THE CITY MARKET RULES AND REGULATIONS. <br />• <br />• <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia that Section 8-4 of Chapter 8 of the Code of the City of <br />Charlottesville, 1990, as amended, is hereby amended and reordained <br />as follows: <br />Sec. 8-4. Rules and regulations of city manager. <br />The city manager is authorized to make and enforce necessary <br />rules and regulations governing the hours of operation and conduct <br />of business in the city market.
