ADDING A NEW ARTICLE (ARTICLE IV) TO CHAPTER 26 <br />OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1990, <br />AS AMENDED, RELATED TO CURBSIDE RECYCLING. <br />L I <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />that a new article, Article IV, entitled "Curbside Recycling", is <br />hereby added to Chapter 26 of the Code of the City of <br />Charlottesville, 1990, as amended, to read as follows: <br />ARTICLE IV. CURBSIDE RECYCLING <br />Section 26-45 Purpose <br />public interest will be better served if the following provisions <br />Section 26-46. Definitions <br />refuse each week which would fill less than twelve (12) thirty <br />gallon containers.
