• Zone 6. That area bounded on the east by 5th Street, N.W., on <br />the north by the southern property line of the city <br />maintenance yard, on the west by 7-1/2 Street, N.W., on the <br />south by Elsom Street, the 100 block of 7th Street, N.W., and <br />Commerce Street. <br />Zone 7. That area bounded on the north by Grove Street, Estes <br />Street and the CSX Railroad, on the west by Baker Street and <br />North Baker Street, on the south by Cherry Avenue, and on the <br />east by 5th Street, S.W. <br />(b) The streets designated as boundaries in the foregoing <br />descriptions of permit parking zones shall be considered to be <br />portions of such zones; provided, that no permit shall be <br />required for parking on any street or portion of a street <br />within such zone unless and until such street or portion <br />thereof shall have been designated as a restricted parking <br />block pursuant to the regulations adopted under section 15- <br />203. <br />2. The City Council hereby reaffirms and ratifies its <br />February 4, 1991, designation of the block located on the north <br />side of Sycamore Street between Locust and Lexington Avenues as a <br />restricted parking block; and its June 3, 1991, designation of the <br />• 500 block of Lexington Avenue as a restricted parking block. <br />Approved by Council <br />August 5, 1991 <br />rk of City Counci <br />-7-27 <br />• <br />
