AN ORDINANCE <br />• AMENDING AND REORDAINING SECTIONS 31-29, 31-56, 31-57, 31-59 <br />31-60, 31-61, 31-62, 31-64, 31-66, 31-104, 31-152, 31-153, 31-156 <br />and 31-159 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1990, <br />AS AMENDED, RELATING TO UTILITY RATES, DEPOSITS AND FEES. <br />• <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia, that: <br />1. Sections 31-29, 31-56, 31-57, 31-59, 31-60, 31-61, 31-62, <br />31-64, 31-66, 31-104, 31-152, 31-153, 31-156 and 31-159 of the Code <br />of the City of Charlottesville, 1990, as amended, are hereby <br />amended and reordained as follows: <br />ARTICLE II. GAS <br />Sec. 31-29. Charge for turning on service; pilot re -light <br />fee. <br />There shall be a charge of twenty dollars <br />($20.00) for turning on gas service. One pilot re -light per <br />furnace pilot re -light in the same calendar year. <br />Sec. 31-56. Same - Summer air conditioning. <br />Gas service under the following rate shall be available to <br />customers who request such service in writing and who have <br />installed and use air conditioning equipment operated by natural <br />gas as the principal source of energy.
