Sec. 34-10. Same Violations - criminal Penalty. <br />Any person who wiiifuiiy engages in any conduct made unlawful <br />by Section 34-9 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than ten <br />dollars ($10.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for <br />each such offense. Each day such violation continues shall <br />constitute a separate offense. <br />Sec. 34-11. Same Violations - Court order to correct; civil <br />penalty. <br />(a) In connection with a proceeding to impose the fine <br />specified by section 34-10 or subsection (b) herein, or upon the <br />separate petition of the city through an appropriate official, the <br />court may order a person determined to have engaged in conduct <br />declared unlawful by section 34-9 to conform to the requirements of <br />this chapter or any authorized regulations and to the provisions, <br />requirements, conditions or standards contained in any required <br />plan, permit, certificate, variance or approval issued thereunder. <br />L31 <br />-(ii) <br />(iii) <br />C, <br />J <br />Section 34-779.
