approval; • _ unless • ! • 4 ! <br />0 substantially becrun within that time period where no buil <br />Permit has reauired, <br />restore the landmark, building. site or structure and lands <br />pertaining thereto. <br />(b) For purposes of this section. any offer which is within <br />ten X10) percent of the then current assessed value as shown on <br />the official records of the City Assessor for both the land and <br />• structure shall be persuasive evidence that the owner has made an <br />offer at a price reasonably_ related to fair market value <br />(c) The time during which such offers to sell shall remain <br />open shall be as follows: <br />3 months when <br />the <br />offering <br />price <br />is <br />less than <br />$25.000. <br />4 months when <br />the <br />offering <br />price <br />is <br />greater <br />than <br />$25.000 but <br />less than <br />$40.000. <br />5 months when <br />the <br />offering <br />Price <br />is <br />greater <br />than <br />$40.000 but <br />less than <br />$55,000. <br />6 months when <br />the <br />offering <br />price <br />is <br />greater <br />than <br />$55,000 but <br />less than <br />$75.000. <br />7 months when <br />the <br />offering <br />price <br />is <br />greater <br />than <br />$75.000 but <br />less than <br />$90.000. <br />12 months when <br />the offering <br />Price <br />is <br />greater <br />than <br />$90.000. <br />(d) If such bona fide offer is unaccepted after the designated <br />time period the owner shall be entitled to a certificate of <br />appropriateness which permits the demolition of the structure <br />DIVISION 4.
