• (2) Each container or bag must be placed at the designated <br />curbside point of collection not earlier than 6:00 p.m. on the day <br />preceding the scheduled collection nor later than 7:00 a.m. on the <br />day of scheduled collection. Containers shall be removed within the <br />time frame set forth in this chapter. <br />Section 26-64. Fees for Purchasing Disposal Stickers. <br />Disposal stickers shall be sold by the City or its authorized <br />agents at the following regular or list prices: <br />$ 9799 0_80 per "large" container sticker (up to 32 gallon <br />capacity and up to 50 pounds). <br />$ 9-45 0.40 per "small" container sticker (up to 3:5 16 gallons <br />capacity and up to 25 pounds) <br />Authorized agents who market stickers for the City at retail may <br />not sell the stickers at a higher price than the list price set <br />forth herein. <br />Section 26-65. Reduced Fees for Certain Customers. <br />As many as four (4) large container stickers per month may be <br />• obtained directly from City Hall, at no charge to the curbside <br />customer, provided that (a) no more than one customer per dwelling <br />unit may obtain such free stickers, and (b) such customer is also <br />eligible to receive relief or subsidies under any of the following <br />programs: <br />(1) the federal or state food stamp program, <br />(2) Medicaid, <br />(3) the City's rent relief program for the elderly and the <br />disabled.
