rejection. A similar notice may be given to the property owner of <br />• the property in front of which such uncollected refuse or material <br />was placed. The latter notice may be verbal or written and shall be <br />provided as soon as is feasible after the rejection; or <br />• <br />• <br />(2) The City may collect the refuse or material <br />notwithstanding the fact that its placement or packaging does not <br />comply with the provisions of this Article. In such cases, the City <br />shall assess a special service charge against the owner of the <br />property in front of which such waste material was placed or <br />against the tenant of such owner. Such special service charge shall <br />be in accord with the following: <br />► Hp-te-3�-ga��arf-eeata}Hera <br />Containers of 32 gallons or less - <br />► Mere-titan-twe-3�-gellen-eentainers <br />Containers of more than 32 gallons - <br />$15.00 per occasion <br />requiring a service <br />charge for the first two <br />containers and $5.00 for <br />each additional container <br />$20.00 per occasion <br />requiring ---- a ---- serviee <br />eharge for the first two <br />bags containers and $5.00 <br />for each additional beg <br />container. <br />These assessments shall be billed to the owner or tenant as the <br />authorized by this section with which the owner of any such <br />property shall have been assessed and which remains unpaid shall <br />constitute a lien against such property. <br />Section 26-69. Landlord and Tenant Responsibility. <br />Owners of property in the City whose property is eligible for <br />service under this curbside collection program and their tenants <br />must comply with provisions of this Article. <br />Section 26-70. Collection by Private Refuse Haulers <br />(1) Private refuse <br />haulers operating <br />in the City must <br />require <br />their customers to use <br />containers <br />which are <br />approved by the <br />City to <br />make certain such containers <br />are <br />clearly distinguishable <br />by <br />color. <br />Ffl <br />
