• AN ORDINANCE <br />AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF AN EASEMENT <br />TO THE AIDS SUPPORT GROUP, INC. <br />FOR INSTALLATION OF A STORM WATER LINE <br />ON PROPERTY ON SHAMROCK ROAD <br />• <br />• <br />WHEREAS, AIDS Support Group, Inc., has requested this Council <br />to grant an easement, in a location approximately as shown on the <br />attached plat, for installation and maintenance of a storm water <br />line across property owned by the City and designated as Lots 17 <br />and 18 of Parcel 64 on City Tax Map 22; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer and the Director of Planning and <br />Community Development have no objection to the easement being <br />granted; now, therefore <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed of <br />easement, in form approved by the City Attorney, granting the <br />above-described easement to AIDS Support Group, Inc., or its <br />successors or assigns. <br />Approved by Council <br />April 5, 1993 <br />rk of City Council <br />
