• AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING AND REORDAINING SECTION 28-121 <br />OF ARTICLE IV OF THE CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY CODE, 1990, <br />AS AMENDED, RELATING TO VENDOR STANDS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council for the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia that Section 28-121 of Article IV of Chapter 28 of the <br />Charlottesville City Code, 1990, as amended,be amended and <br />reordained as follows: <br />Sec. 28-121. Size of stands; hours of operation. <br />(a) No vendor's stand shall exceed eight feet in length, <br />eight feet in width or eight feet in height, unless a larger size <br />is approved by the Board of Architectural Review. <br />(b) No vendor shall operate in the city except between the <br />hours of 7:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M. Hours of operation may be <br />extended with the prior written permission of the City Manager. <br />All stands, except those approved by City Council pursuant to a <br />lease or Article VI of this chapter as part of an outdoor cafe, <br />must be removed from public property during non-operating hours. <br />• Approved by Council <br />June 6, 1994 <br />C-Jhrk of City Council <br />40 <br />
