Section 3. That all requirements set forth in the Virginia Department of Transportation <br />• Policy on Placing Utility Facilities Underground shall be strictly adhered to, including the <br />establishment of criteria where modification to existing overhead facilities will necessitate <br />placing the replacement utility facilities underground. <br />• <br />Section 4. That the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized to do all things <br />necessary for the proper establishment of the underground utility corridor in accordance with the <br />Virginia Department of Transportation Policy on Placing Utility Facilities Underground. <br />Approved by Council <br />December 4, 1995 <br />erk of City Council <br />
