dollars ($100.00) of gross receipts: <br />• (1) Advertising agents. <br />(2) Bondsmen. <br />(3) Booking agents and concert promoters. <br />(4) Business research services. <br />(5) Claims adjusters. <br />(6) Collection agencies. <br />(7) Consultant services. <br />(8) Drafting services. <br />(9) Employment agencies and labor agents. <br />(10) Engravers. <br />(11) Graphic designers and commercial artists. <br />(12) Interior decorators. <br />(13) Landscape architects and designers. <br />(14) Manufacturers' agents. <br />(15) Merchandise brokers. <br />(16) Piano tuners. <br />(17) Public relations and promotional services. <br />(18) Public stenographic services and court reporters. <br />(19) Research and analytical laboratories. <br />(20) Taxidermists. <br />• (21) Truckers' agents. <br />(22) Tax return preparation and bookkeeping services. <br />(c) Subclassification B. Persons engaged in the following types of businesses shall obtain <br />a city business license and shall pay an annual license tax of thirty-six cents ($0.36) per hundred <br />dollars ($100.00) of gross receipts: <br />(1) Amusements and recreation services. <br />(2) Billiard parlors and pool halls. <br />(3) Bowling alleys. <br />(4) Closed circuit television presentations. <br />(5) Driving ranges, golf courses and miniature golf courses. <br />(6) Motion picture theaters and drive-in theatres. <br />(7) Schools of instruction, studios or tutors (operated for profit) in business skills, ceramics, art, <br />music, dancing, sports or driver training; provided, that no tax shall be payable if more than <br />fifty percent of the gross receipts of the school is derived from teaching children under the <br />age of eighteen. <br />(8) Skating rinks. <br />(9) Theatrical performances (conducted for profit). <br />(d) Subclassification C.
