(2) Such base unit costs are $4-3986 $3.4114 per one thousand (1,000) cubic feet for <br />• firm gas service and $3-3748 $2.6167 per one thousand (1,000) cubic feet for interruptible gas <br />service. <br />• <br />(4) (3) In the event of any changes in pipeline tariffs, contract quantities or costs of <br />scheduled natural gas, the unit costs shall be recomputed on the basis of such change in <br />accordance with procedures approved by the city manager. The difference between the unit <br />costs so computed and the base unit costs shall represent the purchased gas adjustment to be <br />applied to all customer bills issued beginning the first billing month after each such change. <br />ARTICLE IV. WATER AND SEWER SERVICE CHARGES. <br />See. 31-153. Water rates generally. <br />(a) Water rates shall be as follows: <br />(l) Monthly service charge. $1.25 <br />(2) Metered water consumption, per 1,000 cu. ft. $43-99 $14.52 <br />(b) This section shall not apply to special contracts for the consumption of water which <br />have been authorized by the city council. <br />See. 31-156. Sewer service charges generally. <br />(a) Any person having a connection directly or indirectly, to the city sewer system shall <br />pay therefor a monthly charge as follows: <br />(1) A basic monthly service charge of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25). <br />(2) An additional charge of thii4..,... dell--- -fid thirteen <br />dollars and forty cents ($13.40) per one thousand (1,000) cubic feet, of metered <br />water consumption. <br />2.
