Certificate of appropriateness for stands. <br />(a) ... <br />(b) ... <br />(c) ... <br />(d) The zoning administrator may suspend the requirement of a certificate of <br />appropriateness on those days when a sehedtiled speeial community events <br />defined within Section 28-29(c) of the city code, is to be held within a design <br />control district.
