<br />c. Townhouse Dwellings, subject to the provisions of Article VI, Section 34-
<br />221 of this chapter.

<br />e. Home occupation or office of resident, in connection with a dwelling unit,
<br />subject to the provisions of Article IV, Section 34-138 (6) of this chapter.
