Buyer agrees to use its best efforts to diligently pursue <br />such final site plan and PUD approval. <br />11.2 Prior to the start of construction, the City Manager or his designee shall have <br />the right to review and approve the following: (a) documentation of Buyer's financial sufficiency <br />to complete this Project, and (b) evidence of Buyer's experience in finishing other projects similar <br />to this one.
