The Director shall request the city <br />(2) The Director shall, in writing, notify the last known owner of the property, by regular mail <br />sent to the owner's last known address as it appears in the city's assessment records for the <br />property. The notice shall advise the owner that he or she has thirty (30) days from the date of the <br />notice to undertake corrective action to abate the bawdy place described in the affidavit and that, <br />if requested to do so, the city will assist the owner in determining and coordinating the <br />appropriate corrective action to abate the bawdy place described in the affidavit. A copy of the <br />Director's affidavit shall be attached to the notice required by this section.
