• AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING AND REENACTING THE DISTRICT MAP INCORPORATED <br />IN SECTION 34-15 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1990, <br />AS AMENDED, BY THE REZONING OF PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT THE NORTH END OF DOUGLAS AVENUE AND LYMAN STREET. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia that the District <br />Map Incorporated in Section 34-15 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Code of the City of <br />Charlottesville, 1990, as amended, be amended and reenacted as follows: <br />Section 34-15. Zoning District Map. <br />Rezoning from R-2 Residential and M-1 Industrial to R-2 Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) the following property in Belmont: <br />All that property at the north end of Douglas Avenue and Lyman Street owned by <br />the City of Charlottesville, identified as Parcel 358 on City Real Estate Tax Map <br />58 and Parcel 145 on Tax Map 57, having frontage on Lyman Street, Douglas <br />Avenue and Spruce Street, and containing approximately 4.88 acres of land, <br />Is <br />collectively; <br />LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of Parcel 358 on City Real Estate Tax Map 58, <br />approximately 1.168 acres, identified as the 'Retained Parcel" in the Addendum <br />dated May 31, 2001 to the land purchase agreement between the City of <br />Charlottesville and Belmont Commons, LLC, and shown on the attached survey <br />dated March 29, 2001, a copy of said survey being attached hereto. <br />Approved by Council <br />December 3, 2001 <br />CXA C4 <br />e k of City CourYcil <br />
