The survey shall seek to determine whether, on each day of the survey: <br />least 75% of the total number of on -street parking spaces in the proposed restricted parking block are <br />occupied, and (ii) whether at least 50% of those occupied spaces are occupied by commuter vehicles. <br />• (1)Prior to commencing any on -street parking survey for a proposed restricted parking <br />block, the traffic engineer shall determine the total number of on -street parking spaces for <br />the block in question. The traffic engineer shall determine the total number of on -street <br />parking spaces by dividing the total length (linear footage) of the block by twenty-two <br />(22) feet.
